We have professional QC team to do test before the shipment. And our factory have QC department during the production and raw materials.

 

2. How can I get a sample for testing?

We have 12 months warranty and we will take responsibility for our quality.

 

4. What is you payment terms?
Currently TT, PayPal and Western Union are available.

 

5.What is you MOQ?
Normally, We do not have MOQ Limited for neutral product,please contact us to confirm. if you need OEM service, MOQ is 500-1000pcs.

 

6. How can I get my products?

Your products will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS,etc.

If you have freight forwarder of partner in China, we can send goods to them.

 

7. How long is the lead time?

The lead time is normally 3-5 work days. It also depends on the quantity and customer requirements.
